What is your shipping Policy?
Your artwork will be created exactly to your specifications immediately after you place your order with us. Please allow 3-5 days of production time to allow your piece to be created with precision. If you have chosen Ground Shipping you will receive a tracking notification when the piece is shipped. Please allow standard time for ground transportation. If you have chosen Express Shipping you will recieve a tracking notification when your piece ships. You may follow that tracking to know when your art will arrive.
What is your Policy on Returns/Exchanges/Refunds?
If you receive your art and it is not as you ordered, please let us know immediately and we will correct it. You are our priority.
Our lab has the highest ratings for customer service and treats each order with care and attention. In the rare event that defects, or mistakes have been made in production it will be corrected immediately. Please notifiy us immediately and we will investigate and correct problems.
Each artwork we create goes through a vigorous fine art process. And you are our top priority. We are certain that you will be pleased with your decision to acquire our artwork. In the event that your artwork is not a good fit in your space, after purchase, we will gladly discuss an exchange.
How can I keep up with your new work?
Ours is a studio full of new adventures, new creations, and innovation of new art that fits your design tastes. Please sign up to our email club. We will let you know what we've been doing, and what new art may interest you or your associates. Additionally you may email us and ask to be informed about specific art additions of new destinations.
We accept commission projects, so please keep us in mind if locally-customized themes or styles for your unique project are needed. We can discuss a photo shoot.
